Days after he left his supposed “special government employee” job in his fake “Department Of Gazillionaire Extortion,” Elon Musk is now whining about Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill”.
Not because it’s slap in the face to working people that rips away healthcare, slashes food assistance, and shoves more people into poverty so billionaires can get more taxpayer money to destroy pesky democracy for good— but because, he says, there’s too much “spending” in it.
On his Nazi and Russian bot-infested social media platform, the unelected South African sociopath parasite said,
“I’m sorry, but I just can’t stand it anymore. This massive, outrageous, pork-filled Congressional spending bill is a disgusting abomination.
Shame on those who voted for it: you know you did wrong. You know it.”
In GOP fascist parlance “spending” and “pork” is always translated as “tax dollars are being used to help working people.” To Republicans, any cent that doesn’t make the rich, richer is wasted on people not born with a trust fund.
True to his malignant nature, Musk is furious, not because the bill slashes the lifelines of millions, but because it doesn’t slash enough.
In the latest Republican assault on decency, dignity, humanity, and democracy—yes, Medicaid is gutted, but for a sociopath who hates America and its people, there’s still not enough suffering. To the richest parasite on Earth, if anyone can still get health care—ever— it means there’s too much “pork” left in the bill.
Cover for his Fake DOGE Promises
Musk’s performative tantrum over the “disgusting abomination” of Trump’s destructive bill has another added perk for him. His performative fauxrage also deflects blame from the fact that he has cost America more money than he ever promised to save.
The South African sociopath’s Department of Gazillionaire Extortion (DOGE) was supposed to save trillions when, in truth, it was his pet project for gutting the federal government, getting rid of pesky oversight of his non-compliant companies, firing watchdogs — and destroying the democracy he fundamentally loathes.
Just look at the actual receipts. The one thing Musk accomplished was chaos. For the “low price” of a government that’s spent $190 billion more than the same period last year.
Meanwhile, the real destruction is measured in lives: Medicaid on the chopping block, cancer research contracts canceled, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau nearly gutted in an illegal 36-hour firing spree.
The supposed “waste” he’s rooting out is the “general welfare” itself.
Musk’s needless firings COST $135 billion: His vindictive and unnecessary firings and contract cancellations cost taxpayers billions more than any fake "savings."
Less than half of the fake Department of Gazillionaire Extortion claims of $160–$175 billion in “savings” is even itemized and less than half have any supporting documentation at all.
Canceled cancer research: Medical progress halted. Decades will be lost. Musk’s destruction will continue to kill far into the future. The only thing he is “efficient” at is inflicting pain.
Fired the watchdogs: Musk fired a “DOGE” staffer who dared report that the government was working. Proof this was never about helping America. It was about eating the body politic alive from the inside.
"What did you do last week?": Pure harassment from a malignant narcissist waste of space.
The "wall of receipts" were lies. Musk counts in America’s stupidity. Ever the con man, he hates us so much, he literally posed lies on the “wall of receipts.”
Terminated cancer research and hundreds of grants, directly disrupting cancer research and clinical trials for thousands of patients.
The USAID ImpactCounter estimates that over 10,000 people died in the first months after Musk’s cuts, with projections of 48,000 or more preventable deaths in 2025 if funding is not restored. Now, that’s nothing short of evil.
Cuts to USAID’s tuberculosis programs alone are forecasted to result in 48,000–68,000 excess deaths in the first year, with even higher totals if the freeze continues.
Much to Musk’s delight, Trump’s corrupt maladministration has ignored court orders to restore funding, and the humanitarian toll is ongoing and well-documented.
Drug-Addled Destructo
All this, while Musk is reportedly so drug-addled he can barely function. According to The New York Times, Musk’s drug use—ketamine, ecstasy, psychedelic mushrooms, Adderall, Ambien—was so extensive during his time on the campaign trail and in government that he literally couldn’t control his bladder.
Trump, ever the enabler, shrugged off the revelations. “I’m not troubled by anything with Elon, I think he’s fantastic. Did a great job. And, you know, DOGE continues. And by the time he’s finished, we’ll have numbers that’ll knock your socks off.”
I’m sure the numbers will “knock our socks off” too — by just how blatantly fraudulent and unabashedly made up they are.
Imagine, if you will, if Joe Biden put government in the hands of a sociopath on a ketamine bender.
No One Sucks on the Government Teat More than Musk
As I’ve written before, Musk’s entire career is a monument to the grift. No surprise he claims to save the government money while firing watchdogs, slashing regulation and feasting on taxpayer-handouts.
Musk is the King of Parasites
The truth is, no one sucks harder on the government teat than Musk while demanding that everyone else’s lifelines be cut.
SpaceX has received at least $17 billion in federal contracts since 2015, with more than $13 billion coming from NASA alone. These contracts include major projects like launching military satellites, transporting astronauts, and decommissioning the International Space Station.
In April 2025, SpaceX was awarded a $5.9 billion contract to launch military satellites for the U.S. government.
Since 2007, Musk’s companies have received at least $38 billion in government contracts, loans, subsidies, and tax credits. Forget those pesky conflicts of interest, Musk is getting more of our taxpayer handouts.
The FAA is “considering shifting” a $2.4 billion communications contract from Verizon to Starlink, but Starlink terminals are already being installed at FAA facilities.
The Boring Company is “helping” the Federal Railroad Administration on an $8+ billion Amtrak tunnel project in Maryland, though it is not clear if a formal contract has been awarded yet.
Neuralink, Musk’s brain-computer interface company, received FDA clearance to begin human trials, which has gained funding thanks to government-backed legitimacy.
Of course, Musk’s companies have benefited from his government purges cancelling fines and oversight previously active under the Biden administration.
Elon Musk’s business empire is intertwined with government contracts and public funding as if it’s his birthright.
New Gilded Age Grifter
Musk isn’t just a grifter, he’s a sociopath who hates democracy and is actively trying to create a world of authoritarian rule. Like his fellow billionaire fascist Peter Thiel and their hero Curtis Yarvin, Musk wants to dismantle the system of laws and checks and balances that the founders fought to create. He’s turned Twitter into a safe space for Nazis and now wants to privatize and destroy what’s left of the social safety net.
Elon Musk is the poster child for why billionaires are anathema to freedom and democracy. He is not anything to admire or to enable. He is a parasite, a fraud, a con man, and a sociopath who must be excised from the body politic before he destroys what’s left of the American experiment.
There is one way to know the American experiment is safe - that is when Musk is stripped of his ill-gotten gains and is sitting in the dock at The Hague.
