My thoughts on the murder of Charlie Kirke. A woman lost her life partner, two children are fatherless. I have no idea if he had living parents or siblings or his hang friends but I’m sure it’s a deep loss for them as well. But what have the rest of us lost? A “good” debater? An antagonist? A person who pushed a hateful and yes, a dark political agenda to our youth on college campuses? He was a man with many cringe-worthy quotes attributed to him attacking the LGBTQ community and brown people as well as women. He was devoid of empathy for the victims of our nearly non existent gun laws. And laughably a man who claimed to be a good Christian.
