VA hospital rules say that no veteran can be refused care based on their race, color, religion, or sex. The rules used to also say that no veteran could be denied care based on their political affiliation or their marital status, but thanks to a recent Trump executive order, that is no longer the case.
Simply put, it is now legal to refuse to treat a veteran because we don’t like how they vote, or who they marry.
That’s fascism, folks. Really hard to call it anything else.
