Some of Trump’s most devout, most hardened supporters are learning very quickly that even though Dear Leader is back in the White House, only he is above the law. They are not, and already, the bodies are beginning to stack up.
RICK: Also, another Capitol rioter, another January 6th criminal killed. I'm starting to think they'd have been safer in jail.
Evidently, a doctor whose license had been suspended after she participated in the riot on the 6th of January. Evidently, she was shot and killed. This is what happens when you point a gun at people.
Evidently, they were delivering some paperwork to her home. And she pointed a gun at them. And, you know, what are you thinking? What are you thinking?
I think she'd have been safer - I think she'd have been safer in jail. Look, what is this now? One arrested, two already killed, and it's only been a couple of days? This kind of January 6th criminal crime wave, this Trump crime wave, something.
Something's got to give.
As Trump’s term continues, we can expect to see stories of the Trump Crime Wave surface again and again, and each time, one simple truth will come out of the tragedies.
They were better off in jail.
