Yea trump always finds the empty airheads to try and defend his corruption and his old ageism that’s tanking his energy his memory and basically his mind all those IVs there popping into him can’t stop it. Trump has surrounded himself with ass-kissers and cowards like himself people who could shout the loudest and stupidest things anybody silly enough to repeat his lies! All the billions in crypto and cash he and his sons and the rest of his corrupt cabinet has made and stole will all be confiscated and put right back in to our country where it was supposed to go in the first place trumps name will be wiped from every building from here across the country no country will want anything to do with his sons his son in law his whole family once trumps removed from office or gone. The ice felons will stand state trials and be imprisoned in our state prisons no trump pardon can fix that no donations or ice bonus checks from our tax dollars bc that to will be confiscated for the victims. No country will be friendly to any of them none! There will be no where to run!
I get it, but why does Miller think that this is a precisely what the 25th Amendment was written for? It precisely was not. It was written for a President who was too disabled to govern or resign. It TEMPORARILY transfers his power to the VP as acting President, until the President, who has remained the President, tells Congress he is ready to serve, whereupon he almost definitely gets his power back.
Impeachment is what the framers designed for this purpose. It's permanent, and it is actually easier to implement, requiring fewer members of Congress, to implement.
