Today's fiery press conference just woke everyone up

It happened right in the middle of my weekly Monday chat with our beloved pal, Hal Sparks.

I had joined Hal in the first hour instead of my usual second-hour slot to make space for the traveling Christopher Titus. But Chris must’ve been caught up in the air somewhere, which turned out to be a fortuitous occurrence because it led to a sold two hours of getting talked off the ledge not just by Hal, but by Congressional Democrats.
