Government Employees Beware: Trump & Musk Have No Constitutional Authority to Offer Anyone a "Buyout"

Congress holds the power of the purse, but every day, a new unConstitutional power grab from this lawless mal-administration

In this video, Tara Devlin dives into the alarming reality of how convicted felon Trump and unelected South African billionaire, Elon Musk have zero authority to fire any government employee, much less offer them a “buyout.” This is a direct assault on on the federal workforce that keeps our nation running as well as the very system that the founders fought a revolution to create and entrust to us.

  1. Over 60,000 employees (about 3% of federal workers) have accepted the offer.

  2. Senator Tim Kaine has warned federal employees that this offer is a "scam" and that the president lacks the authority to make such an offer.

  3. Legal experts argue that this initiative violates multiple laws and constitutional principles:

  4. A federal judge has temporarily suspended the buyout scheme until at least Monday, February 10, 2025, when arguments will be heard in court. God help us. Nam Myoho Renge Kyo.

  5. Multiple federal employee unions have challenged the legality of this so-called "Fork in the Road" initiative.

The administration claims it is following through on Trump's campaign promise to cut wasteful spending and streamline bureaucracy, but they’re enacting the blueprint for authoritarian takeover - Project 2025 - that the convicted felon con man pretended to know nothing about.

Democrats argue that this effort is illegal, as the U.S. Constitution gives Congress authority over spending matters. Republicans, on the other hand, have purged their party of anyone with integrity, a shred of decency, dignity and love of the American experiment. Forget “checks and balances,” spineless lickspittle Mike Johnson has made the “people’s house” another appendage of authoritarian dictatorship.

Federal employees should be cautious about accepting a “buyout” from convicted felon con man and an unelected South African Nazi billionaire as its legality and long-term implications are dodgy. Those considering the buyout should seek legal advice and stay informed about ongoing legal challenges to the program.

After all, Russell Vought, the architect of Project 2025 and Trump’s for Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), infamously said, “We want the bureaucrats to be traumatically affected. When they wake up in the morning, we want them to not want to go to work because they are increasingly viewed as the villains.”

Nothing would traumatize our fellow American, who just got pushed out of a job by immoral, greed-centered sociopaths, more than being screwed over by the very people who hate their guts for the mere reason that they work to maintain the functions of a democracy, rather than the autocracy Vought and his co-conspirators are trying to inflict on us.
